Fizen Pay enables you to mark a payment whose status is UNDERPAID, OVERPAID, DELAYED, or MULTIPLE as resolved to help with management. Also, you need to mark those payments as resolved or refunded in order to withdraw those funds to your wallet. Step 1. Click on the payment you want to mark as resolved to open its Payment details page Click Mark as resolved.Documentation Index
